摘　　要：辅助药物已成为推动我国药品费用快速增长的主要因素之一,也是不合理用药问题的多发区。为不断提升合理用药水平,针对辅助药物实施专项管控,探索出一条具有专科特色的管理模式,主要做法有:成立专项管控小组,形成院、科、组、人的多维管理模式;制订辅助药物目录,设定科室管控标准;确定辅助药物考核流程,临床药师进行处方点评;实行诫勉谈话制度,落实考核方案;借助信息化平台实现辅助药物管理。实施后,患者均次住院辅助药费用较全面管控前下降44.6%,不合理住院处方比例由管控前的27.30%下降至2.56%。加强对辅助药物的管理对提高医院合理用药水平,规范医生用药行为及减轻患者就医负担具有重要意义。Auxiliary drugs have become one of the main factors driving the rapid growth of pharmacy cost in China,which was also a frequent area for irrational medication.In order to continuously improve the rational medication,special control over auxiliary drugs was implemented,and a management model with special characteristics was explored.The main measures included:setting up a special management and control group to form a multi-dimensional management mode of hospital,departments,groups and people;developing an auxiliary drug directory;setting up the department control standard;identifying the auxiliary drug assessment process;clinical pharmacist prescription assessment;implementing the system of sermon conversation,implementing the evaluation plan,and implementing the auxiliary drug management through the information platform.After the full implementation,the patient's hospital auxiliary drug fee was reduced by 44.62%,and the proportion of irrational medication prescription was reduced from 27.30%to 2.56%.It was of great significance to strengthen the management of auxiliary drugs to improve the level of reasonable medication in hospitals,to regulate the behavior of doctors and to reduce the medical burden of patients.
