摘 要:目的了解公务员无偿献血招募现状,为下一步招募策略制定提供参考。方法运用SWOT分析法,对十堰市公务员无偿献血招募的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机会(O)、威胁(T)进行剖析。结果公务员参与无偿献血能够弥补献血淡季及血液偏型时应急供血的短板,发挥示范引领作用,但也存在各地推行不平衡、耗时长、血液效期过于集中等问题。结论可通过完善机制、强化宣传、有计划采集等措施,解决公务员无偿献血活动面临问题。公务员招募是十堰市团体招募的一大特色,需继续推广。Objective To investigate the status quo of voluntary blood donation recruitment among civil servants,and to provide reference for the recruitment strategy development.Methods The SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages(S),disadvantages(W),opportunities(O)and threats(T)of voluntary blood donation in Shiyan City.Results The participation of civil servants in voluntary blood donation can make up for the short-term emergency blood supply during the low blood donation season and blood type deficiency,which plays a demonstrate leading role.However,there were also problems such as unbalanced,time-consuming and overconcentration blood effect.Conclusion The problems faced by civil servants'voluntary blood donation activities can be solved through measures such as improving the mechanism,strengthening publicity,and planned blood collecting,etc.Recruitment of civil servants is a major feature of the voluntary blood donation recruitment in Shiyan and needs to be promoted.
