摘  要:针对某电厂锅炉严重结渣的问题,分析了其原因并提出了相关措施。结果表明:锅炉结渣前燃用的煤种为易严重结渣煤种,通过更换煤种、配煤掺烧、增加一次风量、提高煤粉细度等措施,可解决锅炉结渣问题。To solve the problem of severe slagging in a power plant boiler, an analysis was conducted on the causes, following which, corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results show that the used coal has a strong slagging tendency. The problem could finally be solved by replacing part of the coal, burning blended coal,increasing the primary air flow rate and improving the fineness of the pulverized coal.
