摘  要:为降低电厂能耗,对某150 MW机组进行了增设低温省煤器的改造,并对改造后低温省煤器和电除尘器的运行参数进行了分析。结果表明:改造后机组在满负荷时,低温省煤器的运行参数基本达到设计要求,标准煤耗降低了约2.39 g/(kW ·h),电除尘器出口粉尘平均质量浓度降低了约45%,具有良好的经济效益。To reduce the energy consumption of a 150MW power unit, a retrofit was conducted by installing a low-temperature economizer to the unit. The operation parameters of related low-temperature economizer and electrostatic precipitator (ESP) were then analyzed after the retrofit. Results show that under full load conditions after retrofit, the operation parameters of the low-temperature economizer can basically meet the design requirements;the standard coal consumption and the mean dust concentration at ESP outlet could be reduced by 2.39 g/(kW ·h) and 45% accordingly, indicating high economic benefits.
