摘　　要：[目的]探讨医院门诊健康教育的内容与形式,普及患者健康知识与技能。[方法]通过设立门诊“健康角”、开展“健康学校”健教活动、提供门诊健康咨询等方法,对患者本人、家属及社区居民进行健康教育。[结果]传播医学科普知识,普及健康技能;促进医患和谐,提高了患者满意率。[结论]通过开展医院门诊健康教育,使人们准确掌握健康知识,形成健康意识,改变不良的行为习惯,养成科学、文明和健康的生活方式,预防疾病,提高公众健康水平和生活质量。Objective To explore the contents and forms of out-patient health education and popularize patients health knowledge and skills.Methods Carried out health education to the patients,family members and community residents through setting up“health corner”,carrying out“health school”activities,providing outpatient health consultation and so on.Results Disseminated medical science knowledge,popularized health skills,promoted doctor-patient harmony relationship,and improved patient satisfaction.Conclusions Through out-patient health education,give people to master health knowledge,form health consciousness,change unhealthy behavior habits,form scientific,civilized and healthy lifestyle,prevent diseases,and improve public health level and quality of life.
