摘 要:针对自起动内嵌式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)变频电源供电方式下电机性能进行分析,利用Ansoft软件,搭建了带起动鼠笼导条的内嵌式永磁同步电动机有限元分析模型,分析了电机的静、动态特性;场-路结合在Simplorer环境下搭建了模拟PWM变频供电外电路模型与Maxwell环境下的电机联合仿真,分析了变频供电方式下定子电流、电磁转矩、电机转速随时间变化;与正弦供电相比较变频器供电时电流谐波含量大,采用谐波电流注入法可以减小谐波电流,减小电机转矩脉动。实验结果验证了仿真分析的正确性,分析结果为变频供电时自起动永磁同步电机运行性能的改善提供了理论基础。This paper aims at the performance of the self-starting IPMSM under a variable-frequency power supply condition. A finite element analysis model of the embedded permanent magnet synchronous motor with squirrel-cage bars was built by using Ansoft Maxwell and the static and dynamic characteristics of the motor have been investigated. A PWM variable-frequency power supply model was built in Ansoft simplorer and was linked with Ansoft Maxwell in co-simulation. The characteristics of the stator current versus time,the electromagnetic torque versus time,and the rotational speed versus time of the motor under the variable-frequency power supply condition have been investigated respectively via the co-simulation. Adopting a variable-frequency power supply system leads to larger current harmonic components in the motor than adopting a sinusoidal power supply system,so the current-injection method was employed to reduce the current harmonic components and the torque ripple. The experimental results have validated the simulation analysis. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the operating performance of the self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor under a variable-frequency power supply condition.
