摘 要:为了快速、高效、准确地测定苎麻叶中半纤维素、纤维素、木质素和Cd含量,研究采用近红外光谱技术的扫描光谱结合苎麻叶半纤维素、纤维素、木质素和Cd含量的化学测定值,基于化学定量学方法,采用定量偏最小二乘分析法(QPLS),运用不同预处理方法和化学计量学方法建立校正模型,对比各模型性能参数,筛选出最优定标模型并用检验集对模型进行验证。结果表明:纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和Cd建立模型相关系数分别为0. 9838、0. 9810、0. 9882、0. 9874。半纤维素绝对误差均在1以下,误差较小;Cd的预测值和化学值的绝对误差在0. 04以下,误差小,故可选择该模型对苎麻叶半纤维素和Cd含量进行快速准确预测。In order to determine the hemicellulose,cellulose,lignin and Cd content in ramie leaves quickly,efficiently and accurately,the near-infrared spectroscopy technique was used to combine the chemical determination values of hemicellulose,cellulose,lignin and Cd in ramie leaves,and the quantitative partial least squares analysis( QPLS) was used to establish a calibration model using different pretreatment methods and chemometric methods in this study. Comparing the performance parameters of each model,the optimal calibration model is selected and verified by the test set. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin and Cd were 0. 9838,0. 9810,0. 9882 and0. 9874,respectively. The absolute error of hemicellulose is below 1 and the error is small;The absolute error of predicted and chemical values of Cd is below 0. 04,and the error is small. Therefore,the model can be used to quickly and accurately predict the hemicelluloseand Cd content of ramie leaves.
