摘 要:水平井已成为长庆致密气田增储上产的重要开发方式,该气田水平井主体采用不动管柱压裂工艺,井筒中工具较多,加之井斜大,使得泡沫排水、柱塞气举、提产带液等工艺无法有效实施,前期开展的排水采气试验效果不佳。在对国内外现有水平井排水采气技术调研的基础上,运用成熟的直井模型和新建的斜井段计算模型,探索水平井气水流动规律;找出水平井井筒中最易积液位置,优选速度管柱作为适合该气田的排水采气技术措施。同时,研发了双重密封悬挂器及内嵌式堵塞器,解决了速度管柱在大斜度井段无法带压下入的问题。现场试验效果表明,速度管柱技术是解决长庆致密气田水平井排水采气的有效途径,该技术排水采气效果显著。Horizontal wells had become an important way to increase reserve and production in the changqing tight gas field.The horizontal wells in this gas field mainly adopt the fracturing technology without pulling string,and there were many tools in the wellbore.In addition,the well deviation was high,which made the foam drainage,plunger gas lift,fluid extraction and other processes unable to be effectively implemented,and the drainage gas recovery test carried out in the early stage was not effective.Based on the investigation of existing horizontal well drainage and gas recovery technology at home and abroad,the gas and water flow rules of horizontal wells were explored by using mature vertical well model and newly built deviated well section calculation model.The location of the most easily accumulated fluid in the wellbore of horizontal well was found out and the optimal velocity string was selected as the technical measure of drainage and gas production suitable for this gas field.At the same time,a double seal hanger and a built-in plug were developed to solve the problem that the velocity string could not be pressed down in the highly deviated well section.Field test results showed that velocity string technology was an effective way to solve drainage and gas recovery in horizontal wells of changqing tight gas field.
