玉屏风散合四物汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道重塑的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风散合四物汤对气道重塑的影响。方法:将SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠利用随机数字表分为正常组,模型组,玉屏风散合四物汤低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型采用气管滴注脂多糖加烟熏的方法构建。收集大鼠肺组织匀浆进行分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、分泌成分(SC)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的检测。结果:与正常组相比,模型组SIgA、SC、TGF-β1、VEGF含量均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,玉屏风散合四物汤低剂量组SIgA、SC、TGF-β1、VEGF含量显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中剂量组对TGF-β1作用不明显,对其余3种指标效果较好(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组只对VEGF有作用(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风散合四物汤能有效降低COPD大鼠SIgA、SC、TGF-β1、VEGF的含量,这可能是其治疗COPD的重要机制之一。Objective:To investigate the effects of YuPingFeng powder joined with SiWu decoction on airway remodeling of COPD patients.Methods:The SPF male Wistar rats were assigned to the normal group,the model group,low,moderate and high doses groups of YuPingFeng powder joined with SiWu decoction using random number table method,ten rats each group.COPD rat model was established using intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide and fumigation.The contents of SIgA,SC,TGF-β1 and VEGF were measured after collecting lung tissue homogenate of the rats.Results:Compared with the normal group,the contents of SIgA,SC,TGF-β1 and VEGF rose notably in the model group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the contents of SIgA,SC,TGF-β1 and VEGF decreased remarkably in low dose group of YuPingFeng powder joined with SiWu decoction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);moderate dose group showed slight effects on TGF-β1,better effects on other three indexes(P<0.05,P<0.01),high dose group only had effects on VEGF(P<0.01).Conclusion:YuPingFeng powder joined with SiWu decoction could effectively reduce the contents of SIgA,SC,TGF-β1 and VEGF in COPD rats,which might be one of the important mechanisms of treating COPD.
