中西医结合护理在2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中西医结合护理在2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果。方法:将90例患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组同时给予中西医结合护理,比较2组患者甲状腺功能、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白的改善情况。结果:甲状腺功能、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理方法能有效降低糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、改善甲状腺功能。Objective: To discuss the effects of integrative medicine nursing applied to the patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) accompanying hyperthyroidism. Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting order, 45 cases each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group were given integrative medicine nursing,the improvements of thyroid function, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of thyroid function, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine nursing could effectively decrease fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients and improve thyroid function.
