效应分析管理模式联合扶正愈淋方降低导尿管相关尿路感染风险的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究效应分析管理模式(FMEA)联合扶正愈淋方降低导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)风险的效果及其对焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)的影响。方法:将136例患者随机分为观察组68例,对照组68例,对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组同时给予效应分析管理模式联合扶正愈淋方护理,对比2种护理手段对患者SAS、SDS评分的影响、相关CAUTI指标及临床疗效。结果:SAS、SDS评分治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CAUTI发生率、发生时间及留置导管时间2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.6%,对照组为77.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用效应分析管理模式联合扶正愈淋方辅助治疗的方案较常规留置导管护理效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的负面情绪,加快恢复速率,缩短患者的住院时间。Objective:To explore the effects of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)combined with FuZheng YuLin prescription on decreasing the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)and its effects on SAS and SDS scores.Methods:All 136 patients were randomly allocated to 68 cases of the observation group and 68 cases of the control group,the control group accepted conventional nursing regimen,the observation group FMEA combined with FuZheng YuLin prescription,to compare the effects of two kinds of nursing measures on SAS and SDS scores,the related CAUTI indexes and clinical effects.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of SAS and SDS scores within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the incidences of CAUTI,CAUTI onset time and indwelling catheter time between both groups(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.6%,higher than 77.9%of the control group,and the difference presented statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing effects of FMEA combined with FuZheng YuLin prescription are superior to these of conventional indwelling catheter apparently,it could effectively relieve negative emotions of the patients,accelerate the recovery and shorten hospitalization time.
