摘  要:目的探讨缺铁性贫血采取多糖铁复合物治疗的疗效及其对血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)与血清铁蛋白(SF)的影响效果。方法选择本院2009年1月至2017年12月接诊的50例患者进行分组研究,均确诊满足缺铁性贫血诊断标准,临床资料完整,愿意配合研究且签署了知情同意书,经本院医学伦理委员会批准。按照随机双盲法分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。两组患者均接受常规叶酸片与维生素C片治疗,同时对照组接受硫酸亚铁颗粒治疗,而研究组则采取多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗。评价两组患者临床疗效,记录不良反应,检测治疗前与治疗后血清转铁蛋白受体、血清铁蛋白,以及Hb与RBC,实施统计学分析。结果研究组总有效率高达96.00%,显著比对照组的80.00%更高(P<0.05);在治疗前检测两组血清转铁蛋白受体、血清铁蛋白,以及Hb与RBC,经比较显示差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组血清转铁蛋白受体比较差异无统计学意义,但治疗后研究组血清铁蛋白、Hb与RBC均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组无明显不良反应,对照组有2例胃肠道反应,但比较差异无统计学意义。结论多糖铁复合物治疗缺铁性贫血有着不错的临床效果,尽管改善血清转铁蛋白受体的优势不显著,但改善血清铁蛋白、Hb与RBC比较明显,而且安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of iron deficiency anemia treated with polysaccharide iron complex and its effect on serum transferrin receptor (sTfR) and serum ferritin (SF). Methods 50 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2017 were selected for a group study. All the patients were diagnosed to meet the diagnostic criteria of iron deficiency anemia. The clinical data were complete, and they were willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent letter. Approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of our hospital. According to random double blind method, 25 patients in each group were divided into study group and control group. Both groups received routine folic acid tablets and vitamin C tablets, while the control group Ferrous sulfate granules were treated, while the study group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsules. To evaluate the clinical efficacy, record adverse reactions, detect serum transferrin receptor, serum ferritin, Hb and RBC, before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was as high as 96.00, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Hb and RBC. After treatment, there was no significant difference in serum transferrin receptor between the two groups. The difference was not significant, but the serum ferritin HB and RBC in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), but there were no significant adverse reactions in the study group and 2 cases in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Polysaccharide iron complex has a good clinical effect in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Although the improvement of serum transferrin receptor is not significant, the improvement of serum ferritin HB is more obvious than that of RBC, and it is safe and worthy of reference.
