摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT图像后处理技术在骨关节创伤中的应用效果。方法选取136例于2017年2月至2018年2月在本院就诊的骨关节创伤患者为研究对象,所有均先行传统DR平片检查,再行多层螺旋CT检查,并实施多平面重建、容积重建与表面遮盖法重建三种图像后处理技术,比较两种检查方法的骨关节骨折检查结果。结果136例患者经临床确诊共骨折169处,DR平片检查发现132处骨折,骨折检出率为78.11%;多层螺旋CT检查发现165处骨折,骨折检出率为97.63%,多层螺旋CT的骨折检出率明显高于DR平片(P<0.05)。结论针对骨关节创伤患者,对其行多层螺旋CT检查后实施多平面重建、容积重建与表面遮盖法重建等图像后处理技术可多角度、全方位的检查骨关节,以直观、有效地观察微小骨折病变,同时还可对骨折图像进行立体显示,有利提高检查的准确率,减少误诊、漏诊现象,为临床诊断提供可靠依据,是当前临床检查骨关节创伤的理想无创诊断方法。Objective To explore the effect of post - processing technique of multi - slice spiral CT in bone and joint trauma. Methods Select 136 cases from February 2017 to February 2018 of joint trauma patients in our hospital as the research object, and all are leading traditional DR Xray examination, again multislice CT examination, and implementation of multiplanar reconstruction, volume reconstruction and surface cover method of reconstruction of three kinds of image post-processing technology, checking method of comparing two joint fracture test results. Results There were 169 fractures in 136 patients diagnosed by clinical diagnosis, and 132 fractures were found by DR imaging examination, and the detection rate of fracture was 78.11%. The multislice spiral CT examination found 165 fractures, with the detection rate of 97.63%. The detection rate of multislice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of DR plain (P<0.05). Conclusion For joint trauma patients, uneffective multislice CT examination after the implementation of multiplanar reconstruction, reconstruction and volume reconstruction image post-processing techniques such as surface cover technique can be multi-angle and comprehensive examination, bone lesions to intuitively and effectively observe tiny fractures, but also can be carried out on the fracture image stereo display, advantageous and improve the inspection accuracy,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,to provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis, is the ideal of the current clinical examination joint trauma noninvasive diagnostic method.
