有创与无创序贯机械通气治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的诊治效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的诊治效果。方法抽取2017年1月至2018年6月期间本院接收并治疗的AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者69例为研究对象,采用有创机械通气治疗者35名,设为常规组,采用有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗者34名,设为实验组。对比两组患者不同治疗方法诊治效果的差异性。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.12%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组再次气管插管率为2.94%,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生概率为2.94%,均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论相比有创机械通气治疗而言,有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的诊治效果更加显著,可推广应用。Objective To observe invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation treatment effect of diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure of AECOPD combined Ⅱ type. Methods Between January 2017 and June 2018 in our hospital during receiving and treating AECOPD combined Ⅱ type 69 patients with respiratory failure as the research object, Use the invasive mechanical ventilation treatment of 35, set to normal group, the invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation treatment of 34, set as experimental group. To compare the difference of diagnosis and treatment effect between two groups of patients with different treatment methods. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%, significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The rate of re-intubation and ventilator-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was 2.94% and 2.94%, both significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD combined type Ⅱ more significant effect of diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure, can be applied.
