痰热清注射液佐治小儿肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究肺炎患儿采用痰热清注射液予以治疗的效果及作用。方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月于本院治疗的80例肺炎患儿,通过随机数字表法分成实验组与参照组,各40例。其中参照组采用常规西药治疗方式,实验组在参照组基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗,对比两组患儿各项症状缓解时间及肺炎临床治疗效果。结果实验组发热症状、咳嗽症状、肺部啰音、肺部阴影等症状缓解时间及住院时间均短参照组,实验组肺炎临床治疗总有效率(95.00%)明显高于参照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗方式基础之上联用痰热清注射液,在治疗小儿肺炎方面具有显著的临床效果,能够迅速缓解患儿各项临床症状,应予以临床推广。Objective To investigate 8 effect of children with pneumonia in Tanreqing injection treatment. Methods 80 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of the reference group. The symptom relief time and the clinical treatment effect of pneumonia were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the symptoms of fever, cough, lung voice, lung shadow and other symptoms were all shorter. The total effective rate of clinical treatment (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (72.50%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Tanreqing injection on the basis of Western medicine treatment has significant clinical effects in the treatment of children with pneumonia. It can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and should be clinically promoted.
