小切口配合腰穿针治疗急性期闭合跟腱断裂患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口配合腰穿针治疗急性期闭合跟腱断裂患者的效果。方法收集2016年4月至2018年1月来本院接受治疗的50例患者的临床资料,均为单侧新鲜闭合断裂,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,各25例。观察组:小切口微创缝合手术。对照组:传统开放式缝合术。观察疗效、切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间。结果观察组总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口配合腰穿针治疗急性期闭合跟腱断裂疗效明显,患者总优良率达100%,而且患者切口长度较短,手术时间、住院时间较短,术中出血量较少,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of small incision combined with lumbar puncture needle in the treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2018 were collected. They were all unilateral fresh closed rupture. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 25 cases in each group. Observation group, minimally invasive suture operation with small incision. Control group use traditional open suture. The curative effect, incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time were observed. Results The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision combined with lumbar puncture needle is effective in treating acute closed Achilles tendon rupture. The total excellent and good rate of patients is 100%. The incision length is shorter, the operation time and hospitalization time are shorter, the amount of bleeding during operation is less, and the clinical application value is higher.
