摘  要:目的探究小儿心肌炎血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平变化与肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月本院儿科就诊的心肌炎患儿及门诊健康体检患儿,各68例。分为观察组与对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MMP-9、NT-proBNP及CK-MB水平,分析血清MMP-9、NT-proBNP水平检测及与CK-MB的相关性。结果观察组血清MMP-9、NT-proBNP及CK-MB水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);直线相关分析表明,心肌炎患儿血清MMP-9、NT-proBNP均与CK-MB水平呈正相关(R1=0.578,R2=0.843,P<0.001)。结论心肌损伤程度越高,血清MMP-9、NT-proBNP水平升高,进而影响心肌炎患儿心室重构。Objective To investigate the correlation between changes of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels in children with myocarditis. Methods 68 children with myocarditis who were treated in pediatrics department of the hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 and outpatients who underwent physical examination were selected as the observation group and the control group, respectively. Levels of serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and CK-MB were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation between serum MMP-9 and NT-proBNP levels and CK-MB was analyzed. Results The levels of serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and CK-MB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that serum MMP-9 and NT-proBNP were positive with CK-MB levels in children with myocarditis (R1=0.578, R2= 0.843, P<0.001). Conclusion The more serious myocardial injury is, the higher levels of serum MMP-9 and NT-proBNP are, affecting the ventricular remodeling in children with myocarditis.
