摘  要:针对玻璃纤维(GF)增强之后聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)韧性急剧下降的问题,使用熔融共混的方式制备了不同增韧剂(马来酸酐接枝乙烯–丙烯酸丁酯共聚物)含量的GF增强PPSU复合材料。利用力学性能测试、差示扫描量热法和热重法研究了增韧剂对GF增强PPSU复合材料力学性能和耐热性能的影响。研究结果显示,增韧剂的加入可以显著提升复合材料的韧性,当增韧剂含量为20%时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度提升了67%;但是,增韧剂的加入会降低复合材料的强度和热稳定性。另外,扫描电子显微镜和GF保留长度测试结果显示,增韧剂的引入可以提升GF与基体之间的界面结合作用,同时可以显著提升GF的保留长度,当增韧剂含量为20%时,GF的数均保留长度由未添加增韧剂时的370μm提升至510μm。Aiming at the problem that the toughness of poly(phenylene sulfone)(PPSU) decreased sharply after glass fiber (GF) reinforced,PPSU/GF composites with various content of toughening agent (maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer) were prepared by melt blending. The effects of toughening agent on the mechanical and heat resistance properties of GF reinforced PPSU composites were investigated by mechanical tests,DSC and TG. The results indicate that the addition of toughening agents can improve the toughness of the composites,and the notched impact strength increases 67% with loading 20% toughening agent. But the strength and thermal stability of matrix decrease with the increasing of toughening agent content. In addition,the results of SEM and fiber length tests show that the toughening agent can enhance the interfacial bonding between the GF and the substrate,and increase the retention length of the GF. Compared with the sample without toughening agents,the number-average retention length of GF increases from 370 μm to 510 μm when the content of toughening agent reaches 20%.
