摘　　要：以苯乙烯–丙烯腈–马来酸酐三元无规共聚物(SAM)为增容剂,研究了丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)含量、SAM和BlendexBMAT消光剂对聚酰胺6(PA6)/ABS合金光泽度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当ABS含量为20~30份时,PA6/ABS合金的光泽度相比纯PA6明显下降,且当ABS含量为30份时,合金的韧性大幅提高,缺口冲击强度为77.4kJ/m^2;SAM能有效提高PA6和ABS的相容性,使分散相尺寸变小,提高了合金的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度,但合金的光泽度有轻微上升;BlendexBMAT消光剂能够有效降低合金的光泽度,随着加入量的增加,合金的缺口冲击强度下降,当添加量为3份时,合金具有较好的力学性能和较低的光泽度,拉伸强度为46.5MPa,缺口冲击强度为61.2kJ/m^2,表面光泽度为11.2%。The effects of ABS content,styrene-acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride terpolymer (SAM) and flatting agent (Blendex BMAT) on the glossiness and mechanical properties of PA6/ABS alloys were studied with SAM as compatibilizer. The results show that when ABS content is 20-30 phr,the glossiness of PA6/ABS alloy decreases obviously compared with pure PA6,and when ABS content is 30 phr,the toughness of the material increases greatly,the notched impact strength is 77.4 kJ/m^2. SAM can effectively improve the compatibility of PA6 and ABS,make the size of dispersed phase smaller,improve the tensile strength and notched impact strength of the alloy,but the glossiness increases slightly. The flatting agent can effectively reduce the glossiness of the alloy. With the increase of the flatting agent amount,the notched impact strength of the alloy is decreased. When the addition amount of flatting agent is 3 phr,the alloy has better mechanical properties and lower glossiness. The tensile strength is 46.5 MPa,the notch impact strength is 61.2 kJ/m^2,and the surface glossiness is 11.2%.
