摘  要:针对工业机器人接插转动板塑料件浇注、冷却、脱模等实际难题,设计了其一模一腔三板结构注塑模具。模具浇注系统采用5 点进浇,成型件应用阵列式冷却井进行随形冷却。应用三种脱模机构实施塑料件的脱模,三种脱模机构分别为集成式顶针二次抽芯机构、双弯销侧面滑块抽芯机构和方头圆形顶杆顶出机构。在集成式顶针二次抽芯机构的侧滑块中设置了导程块控制的顶针机构以对塑料件实施两次抽芯,以保证塑料件的无变形脱模。双弯销侧面滑块抽芯机构具有弯销的驱动和自锁功能,机构简单。新型方头圆形顶杆机构能有效保证塑料件的槽筋特征无损脱模。Aimed at the practical problems such as pouring,cooling and demoulding of industrial robot inserting rotating plate plastic part,an injection mould with one mold,one cavity and three plates was designed. The casting system of the mould adopted 5-point gating,and the forming parts were cooled with array cooling wells. Three demoulding mechanisms were applied to implement demoulding. The three mechanisms are integrated ejector secondary core-pulling mechanism,double bending pin side slider core-pulling mechanism and square head circular ejector mechanism. In the slider of the integrated ejector with secondary corepulling mechanism,a ejector mechanism controlled by a guide block was set up to carry out two core-pulling for plastic parts,so as to ensure the deformation-free ejection of plastic part. double bending pin side slider core-pulling mechanism has the functions of driving and self-locking of bending pins,and the mechanism is simple. The square-head circular ejector mechanism can effectively ensure the non-destructive demoulding of the reinforcement grooves of plastic part.
