摘 要:采用不同细度的滑石粉作为无机填料,详细研究了滑石粉的引入对苯乙烯–乙烯/丁烯–苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体拉伸性能、密度、硬度及熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响,并分析了滑石粉颗粒在SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体中的分散情况。结果表明,SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能和MFR随着滑石粉添加量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,密度和硬度随着滑石粉添加量的增加而增大;从总体上看,所用滑石粉的粒径越小,SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能越好,MFR越小。当滑石粉的填充质量分数为30%时,SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能和MFR达到最优,HS–338,HS–538,HS–638和HS–738滑石粉填充改性SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度分别为9.89,10.53,10.31,12.69MPa,MFR分别为22.36,20.17,17.27,11.14g/(10min)。Talcum powder with different particle sizes was used as inorganic fillers to modify styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene triblock copolymer (SEBS)/polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic elastomer,and the effects of talcum powder on the tensile properties, density,hardness and melt flow rate (MFR) of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer were investigated in detail,and the dispersion of talcum powder particles in SEBS/PP thermoplastic was also studied. The results show that the tensile properties and MFR of SEBS/ PP thermoplastic elastomer firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of talcum powder content,and the density and hardness of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer increase with the increase of content of talcum powder. In general,the talcum powder with smaller particle size results in the better tensile properties and smaller MFR of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer. The tensile properties of SEBS/PP reach the optimum value when the content of talcum powder is 30%,the tensile strengths of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer filled with HS–338,HS–538,HS–638 and HS–738 talcum powde are 9.89,10.53,10.31 and 12.69 MPa,MFR are 22.36,20.17,17.27 and 11.14 g/(10 min),respectively.
