摘　　要：通过自动光学检测系统对每一块印刷电路板进行元器件检测,完成后程序都会记录其检测数据结果.其检测结果既通过报表的形式保存在本地,也需要将这些测试信息上传至数据库,实现对产品检测结果的实时监测并进行总结分析.通过LabView结合自动光学检测系统,对被测印刷电路板的检测数据进行采集,并将采集到的数据采用LabView中Database工具包通过局域网将数据上传至服务器中的SQLServer数据库,实现对测试产品的实时监控.Component inspection is performed on each printed circuit board by an automatic optical inspection system,and the program will record the result of the test data after completion.The test results are saved locally in the form of a report,and the test information needs to be up-loaded to the database to realize real-time monitoring and summary analysis of the product test results.The LabView is combined with the automatic optical inspection system to collect the test data of the tested printed circuit board and the collected data is uploaded into the SQL Server database in the server through the Database Tool in Lab-View and the data is uploaded to the server to relize real-time monitoring of the product.
