摘　　要：通过分析物理活化法工艺流程中的炭化和活化两个环节中的工艺指标,明确了指标变化对活性炭吸附性能影响规律,同时引入数值分析法对各指标的影响权重进行了分析比较,确定了合理的生产工艺参数,优化工艺指标的调整优先级及调整范围,对煤基活性炭的生产具有指导意义。By analyzing the technological indexes of carbonization and activation in the process of physical activation method,the law of the influence of the change of the indexes on the adsorption performance of activated carbon was clarified.Meanwhile,the influence weights of each index were analyzed and compared by introducing numerical analysis method.Reasonable technological parameters were determined,the adjustment priority and range of technological indexes were optimized,which has guiding significance for the production of coal-based activated carbon.
