摘 要:针对混合澄清室体积分别为4.9、9.8、19.8L的泵轮式混合澄清槽,采用单相流考察泵轮的抽吸高度。结果表明:泵轮抽吸高度随泵轮转速提高而提高,随泵轮与混合室底间距增大而下降,受料液流量和泵轮叶片后弯角度影响较小。作为混合澄清槽放大规律的一部分,给出了预测泵轮抽吸高度的经验关联式。The pumping height of pump wheel of mixer-settler with mixing tank volume of 4.9,9.8 and 19.8 L were investigated by single phase flow.The results show that the pumping height increases with increasing of impeller rotation speed and decreases with increasing of distance between the impeller and the mixer chamber bottom.Comparatively,it is little affected by the feeding flow rate and the backward curved angle of the impeller blades.As a part of the scale-up principle of mixer-settler,an empirical correlation predicting the pumping height of the pump-mixer is provided.
