“一带一路”背景下中国与俄罗斯农产品产业内贸易分析

摘　　要：中国与俄罗斯互为最大邻国和全面战略协作伙伴,且同为农业大国,在“一带一路”战略下,进一步加强农业领域的合作提高农产品贸易水平具有重要的意义。在分析中俄农产品贸易特点的基础上,采用HS分类法,运用2006—2016年数据通过G-L指数、Brulhart边际产业内贸易指数以及Thom&McDoellw边际垂直和水平产业内贸易指数,对中俄农产品产业内贸易发展特点以及产业内贸易水平进行了研究。结果表明,中俄两国农产品产业内贸易水平低下,贸易的增量主要来源于产业间贸易,并对此提出了进一步提升中俄农产品产业内贸易水平的建议。China and Russia are each other’s largest neighbors and the most important strategic cooperative partner.Both are large agricultural countries.Under the Belt and Road Initiative,it is of great significance to further strengthen cooperation in the field of agriculture and to raise the level of trade of agricultural products.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the agricultural products trade between China and Russia,using the HS classification scheme and the data 2006-2016,this paper utilized G-L index,Brulhart marginal intra-industry trade index and Thom&McDoellw marginal vertical and horizontal intra-industry trade index to analyze the characteristics and level of intra-industry trade.The results show that the level of intra-industry trade of agricultural products between China and Russia is low,and that the increment of trade mainly comes from inter-industry trade.Suggestions are put forward to further enhance the level of intra-industry trade of agricultural products.
