新时期拓宽高校毕业生到农村就业创业的对策研究——以保定市为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是新时期我国对农村建设提出的新部署、新要求、新目标,离不开人才、离不开人才建设。近年来高校毕业生人数逐年增加、居高不下,就业形势依然严峻。保定高校众多,拥有十分丰富的人才资源。但在高校毕业生到农村就业创业方面,仍旧存在相关政策不完善,毕业生就业期望较高,对农村的就业创业环境不够满意,高校人才培养模式与农村建设的适应度不够等问题。为拓宽高校毕业生到农村就业创业的渠道,政府应不断加大帮扶力度,整合资源和社会各界力量投入到乡村振兴战略之中,优化育人体系,鼓励高校毕业生转变就业创业观念,做好职业规划和创业设计。The strategy of rural revitalization is a new plan,new requirement and new target put forward by China to promote rural construction in the new era.Rural development is impossible without talents and talent construction.In recent years,the number of college graduates has increased year by year and remains high,yet the employment situation is still grim.In general,Baoding City has a lot of colleges and universities and with a very rich talent resources.However,from the perspective of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates in rural areas,there are still some problems,such as imperfect policies,high employment expectations of graduates,dissatisfaction with the employment and entrepreneurship environment in rural areas,and inadequate adaptability of university talent training mode for rural construction.In order to broaden the channels for college graduates to find jobs and start their own businesses in rural areas,the government should constantly increase its assistance,integrate resources and forces from all sectors of society into the strategy of rural revitalization,optimize the education system,encourage college graduates to change their ideas of employment and entrepreneurship,and do a good job in career planning and entrepreneurship training.
