摘 要:当前,城市内涝问题日益严峻。海绵城市作为雨洪资源管理的重要手段,为解决城市内涝提供了新的途径,文章以庆阳老城区内涝整治为例,结合气候降雨、地形地貌、土壤水体等实际情况,针对黄土塬城市湿陷性黄土、水土保持等现实状况,提出了“源头削减、过程控制、末端蓄用”系统性的地域性内涝整治措施,为西北地区其他黄土塬城市解决类似水问题提供了经验和借鉴。Facing the abnormal global climate and frequent rainstorms, the urban flooding problem is becoming more and more serious. Sponge city, as an important means of controlling rainwater and flood resources, provides a new way to solve urban flooding. Taking the prevention and control of flooding in the old urban area of Qingyang as an example, considering the characteristics of local climate, rainfall, topography, soil and water body, etc. and the actual situation of urban collapsible loess and soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau, this paper put forward the systematic regional flooding prevention and control measures of“ source reduction, process control and end storage”. It provides experience and reference for similar water problems in other Loess Plateau cities in Northwest China.
