摘　　要：在目前的建筑工程中,EPC总承包模式备受建筑企业的青睐,尤其在我国的市政工程以及特殊性工程的造价管理中被充分采用。本文根据EPC总承包模式概念和EPC总承包模式的优缺点,分析EPC总承包模式下工程造价管理与控制的合理性。In current construction project, the EPC general contract mode is favored by the construction enterprise, especially in the municipal engineering and special project cost management in our country. According to the concept of EPC general contracting mode and the a dvantages a nd d isadvantages of E PC general contracting mode, t his paper a nalyzes t he r ationality of project cost m anagement a nd control under EPC general contracting mode.
