摘 要:为实现铝土矿尾矿水悬浮物的高效去除,通过磁絮凝实验分析了磁粉投加量、磁场强度、药剂投加顺序对絮凝效果影响。结果表明:在未加入磁场的情况下,最佳磁粉投加量为300mg/L,过量投加磁粉对SS去除效果产生负效应;在磁场强度为0~2550GS范围内,提高磁场强度可明显改善絮凝效果,出水SS可降至201mg/L,底泥含水率可降至69.9%;相比与其他5种药剂投加顺序,依次投加助凝剂、磁粉、絮凝剂这一加药顺序下的絮凝效果最好。In order to effectively remove suspended solids(SS)in bauxite tailings water,the influence of magnetic seeds dosage,magnetic field intensity and drug dosing order on flocculation were analyzed by magnetic flocculation experiments.The results showed that,without magnetic field,the optimal magnetic seeds dosage was 300 mg/L and overdose of magnetic seeds caused negative effect.When magnetic field intensity was between 0~2 550 GS,flocculation effect was significantly improved by increasing magnetic field intensity,and effluent SS and water content of sediment can be reduced to 201 mg/L and 69.9%,respectively.The optimal dosage order was coagulant-magnetic seed-flocculant.
