摘 要:目的利用规则化法对CLAM钢(中国低活化马氏体钢)的断裂韧性数据进行处理,获得其断裂韧性。方法采用基于载荷分离理论的规则化法,对CLAM钢卸载柔度法得到的原始载荷(P)、COD(裂纹张开位移)数据进行规则化处理。首先去除卸载柔度法采集的加载和卸载(Unload/Reload)、裂纹扩展(Extend Crack)数据,只保留加载过程中Ramp数据。然后将提取出来的Load-COD数据采用载荷分离的规则化法进行处理得到(J,Δa)数据,从而得到J-R阻力曲线及断裂韧性条件判定值JQ。结果得到CLAM钢平均断裂韧性JQ为178 MPa·mm,所有试样厚度(B)及初始裂纹长度(b0)均大于10JQ/σY。结论规则化法处理的CLAM钢断裂韧性JQ满足有效性判定条件。The paper aims to process the fracture toughness data of CLAM steel(China low activation martensitic steel) with the normalization method to obtain its fracture toughness. The original data of CLAM steel Load(P) and COD(Crack Open Displacement) obtained by unloading compliance method were processed with the normalization method based on the load separation theory. Firstly, the Unload/Reload and Extend Crack data collected with unloading compliance method were removed, and only the Ramp data during the loading process were retained. Then, the extracted Load-COD data were processed with the normalization method to obtain(J,Δa) data, and obtain the J-R resistance curve and the condition fracture toughness JQ. The average fracture toughness JQ of the CLAM steel was 178 MPa·mm. The thickness(B) and the initial crack length(b0) of all specimens were greater than 10 JQ/σY. The fracture toughness JQ of the CLAM steel obtained with the normalization method satisfies the validity judgment condition.
