经腕掌侧入路无头加压空心螺钉内固定联合正骨丸治疗腕舟骨腰部骨折的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腕掌侧入路无头加压空心螺钉内固定联合正骨丸治疗腕舟骨腰部骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法:将146例2015年1月-2018年6月于笔者所在医院进行临床治疗的腕舟骨腰部骨折患者选为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各73例。对照组患者采用常规开放手术治疗,观察组则采用经腕掌侧入路无头加压空心螺钉内固定联合正骨丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及安全性情况。结果:观察组患者在采用联合治疗后临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者腕关节功能相比对照组明显较好,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腕舟骨腰部骨折患者采用经腕掌侧入路无头加压空心螺钉内固定联合正骨丸治疗临床效果更显著,且安全性较高,不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床中应用推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of scaphoid lumbar fracture with headless compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with Zhenggu Pill through the palmar carpal approach.Method:A total of 146 patients with scaphoid lumbar fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,73 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery,while those in the observation group were treated with cephalic compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with Zhenggu Pill through the palmar carpal approach.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after combined treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the wrist function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scaphoid lumbar fracture by headless compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with Zhenggu Pill through the palmar carpal approach has more significant clinical efficacy,higher safety and lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
