鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中应用无缝隙护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中应用无缝隙护理的效果。方法:选取2015年7月-2018年7月笔者所在医院收治的112例鼻窦炎手术患者为研究对象,以信封法分组,分为试验组(采纳围术期综合护理,56例)和对照组(采纳常规护理,56例),比较两组心理状态变化、并发症、住院时间、VAS评分。结果:试验组护理后SDS、SAS、VAS评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理可有效减轻鼻窦炎患者围术期不良情绪,减少并发症,缩短治疗时间,安全有效,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing in perioperative nursing of nasosinusitis.Method:A total of 112 patients with nasosinusitis surgery admitted to our hospital were selected by envelope method from July 2015 to July 2018,and they were divided into the experimental group(used perioperative comprehensive nursing,56 cases)and the control group(adopted routine care,56 cases),compared the psychological state changes,complications,hospital stay time,VAS score.Result:The SDS score,SAS score,VAS score and complication rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the hospital stay time was significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively alleviate the perioperative bad mood of patients with nasosinusitis,reduce complications,shorten treatment time,it is safe and effective,and it is worth learning.
