心理护理干预对骨折患者心理状态、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析在骨折患者治疗期间开展心理护理干预对改善其心理状态和生活质量的意义。方法:将2016年7月-2018年5月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的骨折患者中的86例设为研究对象,经计算机随机分组法分为观察组(43例)及对照组(43例)。在对照组患者中实施常规护理干预,在观察组患者中实施常规护理的同时开展心理护理干预。分析两组患者实施不同护理方式后的护理满意度、焦虑抑郁水平及生活质量情况。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者的SAS、SDS分数均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上在治疗骨折患者期间开展心理护理干预效果良好,有利于提升患者的护理满意度及生活质量水平,改善焦虑、抑郁状况。Objective:To study the significance of psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of fracture patients to improve their psychological state and quality of life.Method:A total of 86 patients with fractures treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were enrolled in the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases).Routine care interventions were performed in the control group,and psychological nursing interventions were performed while routine care was performed in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression level and quality of life of the two groups of patients after different nursing methods were analyzed.Result:The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body function,psychological function,social function and material function scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical practice of psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of fracture patients is good,which is beneficial to improve the patients’satisfaction and quality of life,and improve anxiety and depression.
