摘　　要：随中国客车行业的不断发展,传统“粗老笨重”的设备已经跟不上时代的节拍,关键岗位已经向机械化和智能化发展。然而有一些正在使用中的设备只要稍加改造就可以极大地提升生产效率。最具代表性的就是立式钻床的快速夹具应用,通常立式钻床上都是安装机用台虎钳作为工件的夹装,但是机用台虎钳的工作效率低,以客车顶横梁过线孔来说,通常紧固工件和松开工件的时间与钻孔持平,这极大地降低了工作效率,同时,因钻孔时产生的铁屑过长,也容易将人的衣服带入设备,出现人向安全事故。根据工厂现状的分析与研究,最终,经过我们多次研究实验,最终开发、完成了专用气动快速夹具在立式钻床上的应用。With the continuous development of the Chinese passenger car industry,the traditional"old and heavy"equipment has not kept pace with the times,and key positions have been developed into mechanization and intelligence.However,some of the equipment that is in use can greatly increase production efficiency with a little modification.The most representative is the rapid fixture application of vertical drilling machines.Usually,vertical drilling machines are clamped with pliers for mounting machines as workpieces.However,the work efficiency of pliers is low,and the passenger roof beams are used.For the wire hole,Usually the time for fastening the workpiece and loosening the workpiece is the same as that for drilling,which greatly reduces the efficiency of the work.At the same time,due to the long iron chips generated during drilling,it is also easy to bring human clothes into the equipment and cause human safety accidents.According to the analysis and research of the present situation of the factory,the application of special pneumatic quick fixture on vertical drilling machine was developed and completed after many experiments.
