摘 要:文章研究了焊接电流参数对高聚合物树脂复合钢板螺柱焊焊点宏观形貌、焊接强度、焊核金相的影响。结果表明,在一定电流范围内,随着电流的增加,螺柱与高聚合物树脂复合钢板上、下层基板焊核面积变大,焊接强度增加。当焊接电流超过650A后,焊接飞溅严重,焊核面积减小,焊接强度降低。电流为650A时,焊核金相为板条状马氏体组织。The effects of welding current parameters on the macroscopic morphology,welding strength and metallography of stud welding spot of polymer resin composite steel plate were studied.The results show that,in a certain range of current,with the increase of current,the welding area of the stud and upper and lower substrates of polymer resin composite steel plate and welding strength increase.When the welding current exceeds 650 A,the welding spatter is serious,the area of nugget decreases and the welding strength decreases.When the current is 650 A,the metallographic structure of the weld-ing core is strip martensite.
