摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血尿酸对脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)的影响。方法:2型糖尿病患者136例分为两组,分别为2型糖尿病组(n=72)、2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症组(n=64),同期纳入健康人群54例为对照组,三组均行血尿酸水平检测和PWV测定。结果:2型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症组患者的ba-PWV值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症组患者的ba-PWV值明显高于糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者PWV均升高,且2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者较2型糖尿病患者PWV升高。高尿酸血症促使2型糖尿病患者动脉弹性降低。Objective:To investigate the effect of uric acid on pulse wave velocity(PWV)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups,included the type 2 diabetes mellitus group(n=72),the type 2 diabetes mellitus group combined with hyperuricemia group(n=64)and the control group with 54 healthy subjects in the same period.Blood uric acid levels and PWV were measured in all three groups.Result:The ba-PWV of the type 2 diabetes mellitus group and the type 2 diabetes mellitus group combined with hyperuricemia were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ba-PWV of the type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that of the type 2 diabetes mellitus group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PWV is increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia compared with patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Hyperuricemia leads to decreased arterial elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
