摘  要:目的:研究胸片中使用X线立位胸片架一体化自动同步辅助防护的价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1-9月需进行X线胸片检查患者600例,其中穿戴式防护组(对照组)300例,一体化自动同步辅助防护组(观察组)300例。在相同投照技术条件下,比较两组患者平均检查时间和实际受到辐射剂量。结果:观察组平均检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实际受到辐射剂量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用立位胸片架一体化自动同步辅助防护能节省检查时间,并能有效降低所受到辐射剂量,应在临床推广应用。Objective:To study the practical value of integrated self-sync auxiliary protection devices for X-ray chest stand.Method:600 patients underwent X-ray chest radiography from January 2018 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected and assigned to control group(n=300)and observation group(n=300).The control group took the wearable protection;the observation group took the integrated self-sync auxiliary protection devices.Under the same projection conditions,the average examination time and actual radiation dosage were compared.Result:The average examination time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the actual radiation dosage in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated self-sync auxiliary protection devices can shorten the examination time and reduce the radiation dosage.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
