摘　　要：目的:探讨握力球锻炼对经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者肢体肿胀的影响。方法:将100例行经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗的患者作为研究对象,按手术顺序分为两组,对照组术后实施常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上采用握力球锻炼,观察两组患者术后6 h肢体肿胀值、疼痛值、术侧肢体SaO_2及肢体肿胀程度。结果:两组患者术侧SaO_2波动值变化均不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而研究组术后肢体肿胀值、疼痛评分、肢体肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用握力球对经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗患者术后进行手腕部的锻炼,有效地改善术侧肢体的肿胀程度,减轻患者疼痛程度,促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the effects of grip ball exercise on limb swelling in patients after transradial percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing PCI by transradial artery were selected as the research object,they were divided into two groups according the hospital order,and the control group was given routine nursing measures after operation.On the basis of this,the study group used the grip ball exercise,to observe the swelling value of 6 h limbs,pain,SaO2 and swelling of the limbs in the two groups of patients after operation.Result:There was no significant difference in the fluctuation value of SaO2 in the two groups(P>0.05),but the swelling value of limb body,pain score,and the degree of limb swelling in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the grip ball to exercise the wrist after percutaneous coronary intervention through the radial artery can effectively improve the degree of swelling of the extremities,reduce the degree of pain and promote the recovery of the patients.
