摘　　要：印共(马)是目前资本主义国家最强大的共产党组织和印度第二强大的左翼政党,多次在印度地方选举中获胜并上台执政,是资本主义国家少数能长期执掌地方政权的共产党之一。喀拉拉邦是印共(马)21世纪以来选举表现最好的邦,在邦议会选举、潘查亚特选举、城市自治选举等历次选举中均取得良好成绩。印共(马)在喀拉拉邦竞争力持续增强是多种因素综合作用的结果,其中广泛代表民众利益是根本原因,正确的竞选策略是直接原因,良好的自身建设是主要原因。The Communist Party of India(Marxist)is now the most powerful communist organization in capitalist countries and the second-most powerful left-wing party in India.Winning local elections and coming to power in local governments many times,the party is one of the few communist parties in capitalist countries which have been holding power in local governments for a long time.Kerala is the party s best-performing state in elections since the new century,where the party has achieved good results from election to election,including the state council elections,the Panchayat elections,the self-governing elections,etc.The continuous strengthening of the party s competitiveness in Kerala is the comprehensive effect of various causes:its wide representation of the interests of the people is the root;its superb campaign strategy is the direct facilitator;its good self-construction is the main reason.
