摘　　要：2018年,各种纪念马克思的活动在世界各地隆重举行,人们重新认识马克思和马克思主义,再次肯定《共产党宣言》的历史价值和现实意义,国际共产主义运动在马克思主义的指引下重新焕发生机。国外社会主义国家改革稳步推进、亮点频出。世界各国共产党积极活动,部分共产党做出战略调整;中国特色社会主义取得巨大成功,对推动世界社会主义走出低谷、孕育复苏发挥了重要作用。与此同时,资本主义国家深陷制度困境,大规模社会运动频发,民粹主义凸显。一些西方资本主义国家的右翼势力重新以冷战思维发动对中国新一轮的遏制和围堵,企图阻止中国道路和中国模式日益增长的世界影响力,两种制度的斗争通过经济贸易之争、发展模式之争显现出来,国际共产主义运动和世界社会主义的发展仍需砥砺前行。In 2018,various activities to commemorate Marx were held worldwide;people re-recognized Marx and Marxism and reaffirmed the historical value and practical significance of the Communist Manifesto;the international communist movement regained its vitality under the guidance of Marxism.Socialist countries other than China made steady progress in reform with various achievements to be highlighted;the communist parties in different countries in the world were active and some of them made strategic adjustments.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has achieved great success,which has played an important role in bringing world socialism out of its low ebb and breeding for recovery.At the same time,capitalist countries are deeply mired in institutional difficulties,with frequent occurrence of large-scale social movements and prominent populism.The right-wing forces in some Western capitalist countries have renewed their Cold War mentality and have launched a new round of containment and attack on China,in an attempt to prevent the growing influence of the Chinese path and the Chinese model.The struggle between the two systems is manifested through economic and trade disputes and development model contests.The development of the international communist movement and world socialism will still confront great difficulties.
