摘　　要：麻醉学是一门将基础医学和实践技能操作紧密联系在一起的医学学科,随着医疗卫生事业的改革与发展,我国在不断发展的过程中对麻醉学专业人才的培养也有了越来越高的重视。之所以需要培养麻醉方面的人才,主要是因为通过优秀麻醉人才能够帮助患者在接受手术治疗期间减少疼痛问题的影响,对于患者手术治疗效果的提升也有着积极的推动作用。因此我国在目前发展状态下,对市场上麻醉人才的需求量有了显著的提升。所以文章以市场需求为导向出发,对培养麻醉人才的意义和方式进行了相应的探究,从而为促进我国麻醉工作的持续推进提供更多的帮助。Anesthesiology is a medical discipline that closely links basic medicine with practical skills.With the reform and development of medical and health undertakings,more and more attention has been paid to the training of anesthesiology professionals in the process of continuous development in China.The main reason why anesthesia talents need to be trained is that anesthesia talents can help patients to reduce the impact of pain during surgery,and also has a positive role in promoting the effect of surgical treatment.Therefore,in the current development process of our country,the demand for anesthetic talents in the market has been significantly increased.Therefore,based on the market demand,this paper explores the significance and methods of training anesthesia talents,so as to provide more help for promoting the continuous advancement of anesthesia work in our country.
