摘　　要：目的分析探讨血管内介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床护理方法和护理效果。方法选取2016年9月—2018年4月在我院进行血管内介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者共72例,将其随机分为实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组患者采用常规护理方法,实验组患者则在对照组基础上采用围术期护理方法。结果经过护理后实验组患者的身体机能、社会活动、心理情况以及生活能力等各项生活质量指标的分数均要高于对照组,同时实验组的整体并发症发生率为11.11%明显低于对照组的27.78%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论围术期护理对采用血管内介入栓塞术进行治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者具有比较显著的护理效果,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,减少患者的疾病痛苦。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing methods and nursing effects of intravascular interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 72 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent intravascular interventional embolization in our hospital from September 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=36)and the control group(n=36)The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with perioperative care on the basis of the control group.Results After the nursing,the scores of the quality of life,social activities,psychological conditions and living ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the overall complication rate of the experimental group was 11.11%.The control group was 27.78%,and the data contrast was significant,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Perioperative nursing has a significant effect on the treatment of intracranial aneurysms treated with intravascular interventional embolization,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the suffering of patients.
