胸膜剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜肥厚的护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨胸膜剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜肥厚的护理对策。方法选择从2016年6月—2018年6月收治的295例结核性胸膜肥厚患者为研究对象,按照数字随机分方法划分为两组。两组结核性胸膜肥厚患者均接受胸膜剥脱术治疗,对照组(n=145)行常规手术护理,研究组(n=150)行综合护理干预措施。结果与对照组比较,研究组出血量(122.65±20.40)mL更低,处理肺大泡时间(42.88±7.92)min、壁层胸膜剥脱时间(29.25±8.33)min、胸管拔除时间(4.22±2.02)d、出院时间(8.72±2.47)d更短,护理满意度(98.00%)更高,两组结果进行对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论胸膜剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜肥厚联合应用综合护理干预措施的效果确切,可有效缩短患者的住院时间,护理满意度较高。Objective To investigate the nursing strategies of pleural decortication for tuberculous pleural hypertrophy.Methods 295 cases of tuberculous pleural hypertrophy from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of digital random division.Two groups of tuberculous pleural hypertrophy patients were treated with pleural decortication.The control group(n=145)received routine surgical nursing,while the study group(n=150)received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume was lower in the study group(122.65±20.40)mL,the time of alveolar treatment(42.88±7.92)min,the time of wall pleural exfoliation(29.25±8.33)min,the time of thoracic tube extraction(4.22±2.02)d,the time of discharge(8.72±2.47)d were shorter,and the nursing satisfaction(98.00%)was higher in the study group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined use of comprehensive nursing interventions for pleural decortication in the treatment of tuberculous pleural hypertrophy is effective,which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
