摘　　要：目的探析连续性肾脏替代治疗急性肾衰的效果及护理体会。方法在2016年1月—2018年10月选取我院的急性肾衰竭患者60例作为案例进行研究分析。应用随机数字法的方式进行处理。采取随机数字法方式进行分组处理,每组30例,两组患者采取相同连续性肾脏替代治疗措施,常规组采取传统护理措施,实验组采取优质护理措施。对比两组患者的治疗效果以及生存质量。结果干预开始之前实验组与常规组患者的生活质量评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预之后实验组患者的生活质量以及Scr、BUN等评分指标相对于常规组而言均有明显优势,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性肾脏替代治疗急性肾衰的效果突出,结合有效的护理措施可以更好的保障患者康复效益,优化患者生存质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the effect and nursing experience of continuous renal replacement in the treatment of acute renal failure.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,60 patients with acute renal failure who received medical services in our hospital were selected as the cases for comparative study.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method.Each group has 30 patients.The same continuous renal replacement therapy was adopted in the two groups.The conventional group was given traditional nursing measures,and the experimental group adopted high-quality nursing measures.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,the quality of life scores of the experimental group and the regular group were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the quality of life and Scr,BUN and other scoring indexes of the experimental group had obvious advantages compared with the conventional group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous renal replacement is effective in the treatment of acute renal failure.Combined with effective nursing measures,it can better guarantee the rehabilitation benefits of patients and optimize the quality of life of patients.It is worthy promoting in clinical practice.
