静脉用药调配中心在临床护理工作中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的本文主要探究静脉用药调配中心对临床护理工作产生的影响,分析静脉用药调配中心在医院临床护理工作中的作用。方法选取2016年10月1日—2017年10月1日本院未开展静脉用药调配中心之前收治的1 000例患者作为对照组,将2017年10月30日—2018年10月30日本院开展静脉用药静脉用药调配中心之后收治的1 000例患者纳入实验组,应用回顾性分析法对本次的案例进行分析,对临床合理用药中静脉用药调配中心在医院临床护理工作中起到的作用展开探究。结果在本院过去两年时间里临床护理工作之中,静脉用药调配中心存有的1 053条不合理用药医嘱,之后进行医嘱审核更正1 012条,临床不合理用药更正率为96.11%。1053条不合理用药医嘱之中,溶媒选择不当共429条,药物用法用量不当共195条,配伍禁忌共183条,143条未注明过敏试验结果,52条给药频次不当,50条医嘱录入错误。其中药物用量用法不当、溶媒选择不当、药物存有配伍禁忌、未注明过敏试验结果、给药频次不当、医嘱录入错误成为了用药医嘱不合理的主要原因之一。在本次实验之中实验组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作之中护理人员静脉用药调配中心及时对不合理用药状况进行更正,可保障临床用药的安全性和科学性,患者对护理工作的满意度也得以提升,值得推广。Objective This paper mainly explores the intravenous drug distribution center in the hospital clinical nursing work,and analyzes the role of the intravenous drug distribution center in the clinical nursing work of the hospital.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,1 000 patients admitted to the hospital for the intravenous drug distribution center were selected as the control group.From October 2017 to October 2018,1 000 patients admitted to the intravenous drug distribution center were included in the experimental group.The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the case,and the role of the intravenous drug distribution center in clinical clinical nursing work in the clinical rational drug use was explored.Results In the past year,1 053 irrational medications were prescribed in the intravenous drug distribution center,and 1 012 were corrected after medical examination.The correct rate of clinical irrational medication was 96.11%.Inappropriate use of drugs,improper choice of solvents,incompatibility of drugs,failure to indicate allergic test results,improper frequency of drug administration,and incorrect admission of medical orders have become one of the main reasons for the unreasonable use of drugs.In this experiment,the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing work,the nursing staff can correct the irrational medication situation in time in the intravenous drug distribution center,which can ensure the safety and scientificity of clinical drug use,the satisfaction of the nursing work can be improved.It is worth promoting.
