摘　　要：目的选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院科研科为例,全面分析了近10年医院科研管理所取得的成绩、尚存在的问题,并提出建设性的意见,以期为到2020年全面构建现代医院科教管理制度提供助力。方法采用描述性统计分析方法,对医院近10年的科研项目、成果、发表文章、人才培养等进行全面概述。结果医院的科研管理尚存在问题亟待解决。结论针对问题提出完善科研性对策,完善科研经费管理、科研管理信息系统。Objective Through taking the scientific research department of the second affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University as an example,to comprehensively analyze the achievements and problems of the hospital’s scientific research management in the past ten years,and put forward constructive opinions,in order to help the construction of modern hospital science and education management system by 2020.Methods A descriptive statistical analysis method was used to give a comprehensive overview of the research projects,achievements,published articles and personnel training of the hospited in the past ten years.Results There are still problems in the management of scientific research in hospitals.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the management of research funds and management information system.
