拓展和深化医院党风廉政惩防体系的实践探索

摘　　要：构建医院党风廉政惩防体系是新形势下医院内加强党风廉政建设、保障医院反腐倡廉工作目标之所需。首都儿科研究所及其附属儿童医院以廉政文化建设为基础,以制度机制建设为保障,扎实推进惩防体系建设;以监督查处为抓手,实现源头治理,将党风廉政惩防体系不断拓展和深入。通过加强医院的党风廉政惩防体系建设,形成了干部职工勤廉、医德高尚、科研诚信、风清气正的良好氛围。Constructing the system of punishment and prevention of Party conduct and clean government in hospitals is the need to strengthen the construction of Party conduct and clean government in hospitals under the new situation and to guarantee the goal of anti-corruption and honest work in hospitals.The Capital Institute of Pediatrics and its affiliated children’s hospitals have continuously expanded and deepened the system of punishment and prevention of Party conduct and clean government on the basis of the construction of clean government culture.The construction of system and mechanism should be used as the guarantee,the construction of punishment and prevention system be promoted,and supervision and investigation be taken as the grasp to realize the source management.Through strengthening the construction of the hospital’s Party conduct,honest government and punishment and prevention system,a good atmosphere of honesty,noble medical ethics,scientific research integrity and a clean atmosphere has been formed for cadres and staff.
