摘  要:保持架兜孔的位置精度是保证轴承平稳运行,提升其性能和寿命的重要因素。圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔通常采用拉削方式加工,需要多次装夹完成,兜孔制造精度差。而优化保持架拉方孔工装结构后,拉削过程只需一次装夹即可完成兜孔加工,大幅度提升了兜孔的制造精度,同时避免了保持架端面被切屑垫伤,提高保持架表面质量。The positional accuracy of cage pockets is an important influencing factor for guarantee of smooth operation and improvement of performances and life of bearings.The broaching of cage pockets of cylindrical roller bearings was completed by multiple clamping,and the manufacturing accuracy of pockets was poor.After optimization of structure of the broaching device,the broaching process needs only a clamping to complete pocket processing,and the manufacturing precision of pockets is improved greatly.The damage of end face of cages caused by chip is avoided,and the surface quality of cages is improved.
