摘　　要：直升机自动倾斜器大轴承是直升机自动倾斜器系统的关键部件,其性能直接影响直升机的操纵性能,对其进行充分的性能试验和寿命评估十分重要。因此,研制了直升机自动倾斜器立式专用轴承试验机,可在不同转速、轴向载荷和倾覆力矩的工况下,对轴承的温度、振动和电动机电流等参数进行实时监控,为大轴承产品结构、材料、润滑、加工工艺改进提供可靠数据。The large bearings are key parts for swashplate system of helicopter.The maneuverability of helicopter is influenced directly by performances of the bearings,and the adequate performance test and life evaluation are of great importance.The vertical bearing tester is developed for swashplate of helicopter.The real time monitoring is carried out for temperature,vibration and motor current of the bearings under different rotational speeds,axial loads and overturning moments.The reliable data is provided for improvement of structure,material,lubrication and processing technology for large bearing products.
