摘 要:基于性能结果的产品保障策略早已被外军广泛应用于各类飞机的维修保障活动中,并取得了相当不错的业绩。本文通过系统性分析我军教练机装备维修保障中存在的主要问题,提出基于PBL军民一体化维修保障体系研究的必要性及价值;在论述部队及工业部门参与到PBL维修保障可行性分析基础上,提出教练机实施基于PBL军民一体化维修保障体系的实施方案,给出总体思路、目标体系构建过程、实现途径等,以期对我军教练机维修保障工作有所启示。PBL is a performance-based logistics product assurance strategy.This model widely used in the maintenance and support activities of military aircraft by foreign forces for a long time has achieved quite good results.This paper systematically analyses the main problems existing in the maintenance and support of military trainer equipment,discusses the necessity and value of the research on the integrated maintenance and support system of military and civil based on PBL.On the basis of discussing the feasibility of the participation of military and industrial departments in PBL maintenance support,the conception of the implementation plan is put forward and the suggestions is given out.The general idea,the process of constructing the target system and the way to realize it are discussed in order to give some enlightenment to maintenance and support work of our military trainer aircraft.
